Who we are

Welcome to Fig & Olive. We believe that good bread starts with simplicity — organic grains, high-quality ingredients, patience and love. We do not use preservatives or dough conditioners of any kind. Our artisan sourdough loaves are hand-crafted in small batches using traditional methods that honor the natural fermentation process, resulting in a deep flavor, beautiful crust, and nourishing crumb. Alongside our signature sourdough, we bake a selection of goodies, like buttery scones, light and airy focaccia, amazing cookies, to die-for cinnamon rolls & much more— all made with the same love, care, and honest ingredients. Each bake celebrates the art of slowing down, savoring, and sharing something truly real.
